Budget preparation

• The Board prepared the budget spreadsheet for FY 2022/23, analyzing the requests of each team and department. 

• The Board decided to define a budget that allows the organization to push Joomla to increase its market share.

Outreach Department

• Philip shared progress from some sponsorship activities regarding the promotion of upcoming webinars. 

President

• Robert shared progress on an ongoing legal case.

Other business

• Given that this meeting was dedicated to Budget preparation and approval, all other items on the agenda have been moved to the next meeting that will take place on June 30, 2022.
