Holopin: Dieter will look to get involved after PBF, I have given him the artwork production criteria and access to the Google Drive with all the artwork original etc. I suggest making him an admin on Holopin also.
Marketing: Following the last marketing meeting a list of available jobs was posted in the channel, these included Release Notes, Holopin, Social Media and JCM artwork production. So far Zero response :-(
Social Media: I still need to set up meetings with those who expressed interest in volunteering, however emails I have sent to set up meetings haven’t been responded to.
Facebook Page: Incorrectly suspended by Facebook for “impersonation”, there are no other violations in regard to content or otherwise. Alison appealed the suspension via facebook, she was then contacted by phone by a FB rep in Dublin, she suggested that they could verify the account by sending a code to the email account pr visiting the Joomla website to which they declined. They subsequently reviewed the appeal and unpublished the page citing the page goes against their community standards on impersonation. Next steps; I will compose an email to FB for board approval which Alison will send from an official email and copy in Crystal.

Patrick fixed an issue with the Events directory that prevented event owners from publishing their events with images.
We got the Community site down due to an issue when updating some extensions on the site.
We are having issues with email sending on the Magazine site. It seemed related to the newsletter extension update but further investigation showed it might be related to Email partner denying access. We have contacted the partner to resolve the issue.
Set up the infrastructure for the *.joomla.group initiative. A couple of groups were set up for testing.
Rochen infrastructure updates [CD]

[AdSense] Google issued a payment for 180 USD.
[Elections] There were no submissions for the Vice President role. Over the weekend the work on the election process will be carried out.

Original notarized document for trademark has been mailed to Venable for safe keeping.
Brainstorm ideas on how to thank our partners for their support.
