Documentation team has a new team lead: Herman Peeren. Thank you Dieter Ziller for your commitment. Onboarding of Herman has started.
FYI: In docs.joomla.org are many pages that are not Joomla “software” documentation, but about the community,... we need a better place for these topics.

Remarks for budget 2025 for Outreach
Prices for the software products we are using have lately increased substantially
- We will look for cheaper alternatives, next payments due in Summer
- We might need to increase the budget for 2025

- Update from 3.x to 5 campaign
- Strategy for more modern look and feel for Website and Social Media, Customer Experience, Click path optimization, SEO optimization (1st. Quarter 25)
- Drive for Volunteers
- Update on the Event guidelines (1st Quarter 25)
- Priority! Eradicate obsolete content from the website (Sprints)
Planning for 20 years Joomla! In 2025
- Will there be a committee?
- Is there already something in the pipeline

How was that handled in the past?

Is there any interest of board members to present?

Is there a budget? In some cases a fee as a sponsor contribution would be required to get a slot.

David Jardin reached out to say he has found someone who can do a certification / audit for joomla's TUF implementation for 9600 euros. Perhaps a 50/50 sponsorship deal?

[SG] new joomla.org Template - still in the process of defining all layout types and domains/properties that should be included in the new design.
Next steps - coordination with marketing and operations
