Treasurer

• Physical address sent an email for renewal. This should be paid automatically in January via paypal.

• Check with the accountant about the taxes and everything is in time.

Production Department

• The releases of Joomla 5.2.2 and 5.3.0 alpha1 were successful

• Sigird shared some progress for the automated updates.

• Docs Team starting in sub groups

Outreach Department

• Angelika suffered an accident and couldn’t work for some days.

Operations Department

• We have bought Joomla.academy and joomlaacademy.org domains.

• We are restarting some areas and teams that have been dormant: Service Providers Directory team, Showcase Directory team and Capital Team

Vice President

• Phil requested a functional email for the capital team capital@ and if possible with the aliases fundraising@ and giving@.

Secretary

President

• Philip has access to the President email.

• Philip is meeting with Chris from Rochen to see what we can do to keep the relationship as it should be and also forwarding any emails that need to go to other departments.
