Treasurer

  • PBF Sponsors:Akeeba and Djumla will do a banner Sponsoring for both events.            Joomdonation will do a sponsoring for one event. Still waiting for an answer from Yootheme and Joomdonation.  No answer from joomshaper Tassos will focus his sponsoring on events

  • We have to work on new sponsors. Perhaps we should rework our sponsoring plans.

  • Contributing should be easier for agencies, organisations,... we need an outline/charter/… get some feedback and publish it. 

Production Department

  • Joomla! 5.3.0 Alpha3 Release by CMS Maintainer team, this time Viviana took the main task. Thank you!

  • CMS Maintainer team had a online sprint last weekend - solved almost 30 PRs! Thanks to all contributors.

  • PBF Organisation - announcements: for Docs Team: emphasis on user manual and a contribution portal
    JUGs will be contacted this week

  • Sigrid and Angelika had a meeting to coordinate better between Production and Outreach. 

Vice President

  • Still not enough Mentors for the academy

Any Other Business

  • Sigrid and Harald continued to work on the layout requests for the new j.org template.
