Production Department

      • Prepare looking for project managers
      • Prepare governance setup
  • JWC:
    1. Sessions by board members?
      • Members discussed what sort of sessions JWC might approve
    2. Travelling seems difficult/expensive
    3. 2 requests for financial support so far
    4. External Speakers: Vitaly Friedman from Smashing Magazine has confirmed.
  • JetBrains PHPStorm: our 50 licenses for Open Source development were renewed for free. Jetbrains asked for updating their logo on our partner website.

Outreach Department

  • Nothing important. Final update prior to the Outreach Sprint.

Operations Department

  1. We have finished the UX Study for JED with interesting remarks and a great job by the student.
  2. Joomla.org redesign group keeps working on the new design.

Vice President

  1. JUG Italia / Marco Mangione situation - we need to act as a Board at this point…
  2. Scalahosting Proposal review/vote
  3. Joomla Engagement Community Guidelines push to the community now that it is final?

Secretary

  1. Joomlers extension on the Volunteers portal has issues. Working with Roland to resolve.
  2. Election period for OSM President closes tomorrow.
