  • Budget

  • Website Resources Pages - Events & JUGS

  • Website Tools - JUG Helpdesk, Events Calendar & JUG Coordinators Group on JVP

  • Joomla Events Domains - How to guide and management structure

 

2. Tidy up communication strategies

  • Email newsletter

  • Retire Google Group for Events

  • Establish communications schedule for JUG and Event promotion

 

3. Update the Events Charter

  • Events Charter

  • User Groups Charter

  • Review wording and rules surrounding terminology on "JoomlaDay" and strict usage

 

4. Facilitate Transition to the new structure if adopted by the community.
