December 14, 2018 Events Department meeting report

Total time of the meeting : 40 minutes
The Events department as held a meeting where the following items were discussed.
JUG Team :
Sending out a survey to the JUGS to collect stats about the number of attendees at the local jug meeting.
Reboot of the Newsletter at least a bi-monthly edition ( we will make a call on the jug organizer group for a native English speaking contributor)
Publishing The JUG Round Up again on regular basis, soon as the JCM Team get reorganized.
Finishing the JUG Directory review, to get the directory accurate and up to date.
Processes of jug meetings approval as to be done at least in 24 hrs after submission by the jug organizer, JoomlaDay in 48 to 72 hrs, review of the website event is needed, and can take more time if they not comply with our trademark policies.
Next meeting will take place on January 18 2019 at 6:00 pm UTC on Google Hangout
