Marketing Team
- Continue the work initiated on the Use Cases and publish at least 4 or 5 at jorg
- Joomla 4 Marketing Plan
- DC is still looking for volunteers for the J4 dedicated team
- Most design elements ready
- Dedicated template will be coded by Ciaran
- Copywriting to start as of Beta as well as imagery
- New Google Ads campaign to be set up during 1st quarter to promote downloads.joomla.org - Ads will be translated into several languages to increase efficiency
- Collaboration with our editor will continue in 2019
Social Media Team
- Continue the good work done in 2018
- DC to train the new volunteers (for Joomlers, Developer, JDocs Twitter accounts and Instagram)
- Continue writing the regular property campaign
- Create a feature focused campaign + J4 launch campaign
Community Translation Team
- Continue to work closely with translators and get more languages at 100% for our official resources
