* Releaseleads 3.10 (Tobias Zulauf):

• EOS Plugin proposal is in good progress with the CMS Release Team
• The extended Pre Upgrade Checker needs testing please: https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/31200
• I will attend and speak at the JoomlaDay USA 24.04. My talk will be about 3.10.

* Maintainer Framework (Niels Braczek):

• Reviewed and merged a dozen of minor pull requests

• We had a meeting, report is published (EOS Plugin, testing as asked for)

CMS Maintenance Team (Robert Deutz)

• Suggestion to have an assistant Release Lead for each Release in the future

Google Summer of Code Joomla Team (Philip Walton)

• Going well, 157 Students added so far, 31 individual students channels created
• Would suggest that if no Accessibility team by end of the project then the team formed around this in the GSOC project and the other students who wanted to do it as there are currently 14 applying for accessibility
