* Releaselead 3.9 (Harald Leithner):

Discuss adaptation FLoC
(https://blog.google/products/ads-commerce/2021-01-privacy-sandbox/). Wordpress is allegedly going to block the feature by default. We are looking into following a similar route and the board will be informed accordingly for a release of Joomla! 3.9.27

* Framework (Niels Braczek):

(Possibly) found a way to turn the Framework into a monorepo, keeping all packages’ history. Currently fiddling with the workflow.

Bug Squad (Jacob Waisner)

Currently 8 Release blockers for J4
- 3 issues (no PR)
- 5 PRs (1 draft)
PBF discussion to set up an event before J4 launch to close as many bugs as possible. This is in early stages.

Software Architecture & Strategy Team (Niels Braczek)

Would be nice to have a scriptable installation/update procedure (making it composer-able). Problems to solve are (pre-) configuration and maybe (pre-) creation of custom fields. This will go into an RFC.

CMS Release Team (Sigrid Gramlinger)

We had a team meeting. Report is published. All organised. Nothing else to report.

CMS Maintenance Team (Robert Deutz)

Added some information to the 4.0 Release part we can talk about
Talked with the CMS Release Team to help to test some of the Release Blockers

Google Summer of Code Joomla Team (Philip Walton)

Applications closed. 240 students and we are bringing that down to about 4 please see the article for the details
