* Release Lead 4.1 (Benjamin Trenkle)

4.1 RC1 released, RC2 coming at the 1st of February
Language freeze is here
Since RC1 version 4.1 is testable via the Joomla updater by selecting the testing option

* Release lead 3.10 (Tobias Zulauf):

3.10.6-rc1 to be released on the 05.02.2022
3.10.6 to be released together with 4.1.0 on the 15.02.2022

* Maintainer Framework (Niels Braczek):

I am in the process of making the framework PHP 8.1 compatible. It will take another couple weeks until I'm done with it.

* Maintainer Docker (Llewellyn van der Merwe):

Apache images now has the option to set the user_id:group_id
Proposed improves to the DOCKER template
For this we have testing images at https://hub.docker.com/r/llewellyn/joomla for RC and more.

Software Architecture & Strategy Team (Niels Braczek)

Discussed Joomla 5 proposals. Would appreciate getting more feedback.

CMS Release Team (Sigrid Gramlinger)

We have some people interested in Release Lead for 4.3.
Sigrid collected the input about “How to become a Release Lead” and will bring them to the next meeting.

CMS Maintenance Team (Robert Deutz)

Discussed moving the core translation team back to production.

What’s the status of the TT team, what’s the process to get Stefan up and started?
TTs have been informed about the language freeze for 4.1.0
Crowdin has been switched to 4.1-dev; Thanks goes to Harald
