  1. Biggest Challenge for the team:
    unfortunately it has decreased to 2 active members. The process of creating a Mediawiki alternative cannot proceed like this
  2. Biggest Gain
    personal: I have made many new contacts with passionate people.
  3. My wish for 2024
    It would be nice if at least 10 users (the more the better) would participate in the discussion and final implementation in order to achieve a better alternative for the JDocs

  3. To have a plan for Joomla as a whole: What are we developing? Which features do we want to have? Which bugs do we need to solve? What do we want to communicate to the community? How can we promote Joomla outside our own bubble?
