I am a 'long-in-the-tooth' programmer, with decades of professional work behind me. This has given me the knowledge and experience to understand how software works, in the real world, rather than just theoretically. One of my greatest skills has always been understanding the psychology of the end-user in the path of the concept-to-usage development process.
