I found Joomla when after many years as a customer support and service professional, the fortune 500 computer company I worked for closed their Ottawa offices. I started my own computer support company and needed to create a website and wanted it to include a forum and some other contact methods. Running into some problems, I discovered that people were there willing to help. They did not know it then, but they created a new #Joomler Today I help out as a member of Joomla Resource Directory and other projects behind the scenes.
