Stability issues and MySQl 9

In recent months we had some stability issues because of some random installation system test failures. The problem was that for a long time the installation test was not executed with the stylesheet. As this happened on 6.2 and 5.4 with the pr's #46879 and #47734, Chrome shot some random Javascript errors about transition problems. This was fixed and tests are running stable now.
