During this meeting we discussed the following topics:

• Current Status

• JBS Docs Need Updated

• Utilizing PBF to focus PR testing needs

 

Current Status

 

  Release blockers are the topic of focus for J4. We have 7 open RBs with 4 of those having PRs. Over the past week 40 PRs have been merged for J4. With the great improvement in Release blockers being addressed we will continue to focus on the remaining and ask the community to assist in closing out these remaining bugs so we can prepare for RC.

JBS Docs Need Updated

  The JBS docs pages were brought up as out of date. The team agrees and we will start updating these documents to reflect the current state of the JBS over the next few weeks to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.

 

Utilizing PBF to Focus PR Testing Needs

  It was brought up that the PBF channel and activities have not been utilized as effectively as we could to help get testing for many of the PRs that we need attention on. The team had 3 PRs that needed testing and that was communicated in the PBF channel.
