COT - Meeting Notes - March 02, 2017 - Certification Operations Team

The Joomla! Certification Operations Team (COT) meets every Thursday at 1:00 PM GMT. This meeting was held on March 02, 2017 on Glip.

In attendance: Luca Marzo, Oscar Ortiz, Richard van Tilborg, Pablo Pantoja, Patrick Jungbluth, Todd Woodward.

Absents: Chris Keen, Hector Mansilla, Arjen Schrijvers.

Short report from the steering meeting on tuesday.
Team discussed about the in-company exams. Steering group requested a process for that. Different opinions came out.
Team decided that a case-by-case evaluation will be applied in order to ensure a proper consideration of costs and benefits for in-company exams.
During the weekend, Team will work on the plan for this special kind of exams.
The workflow extension is currently on the definition phase on GitHub.
Todd reported his experience at the exam session held at JoomlaDay Florida.
