EOS Plugin for next version

• Jenn: messaging for 4.4 (about J5)

Release 3.10

• Last expected release has been put out. No issues with that release have been reported.
• 3.10 is now in the security only mode and will only get security updates for another year.

Release 4.2

• Release went out - with challenging dynamics afterwards
• There is a 4.2.1 RC planned for Thursday Aug. 18th
• The final 4.2.1 is planned for Tuesday 23rd August 30th August (Updated since meeting)
• Feedback round in next meeting needed

Release 4.3

• Finalized feature candidates for the release

Language Coordination

• An issue with the 4.2.0 it-IT language pack has been reported to us and has been coordinated with the Italian TT.

Miscellaneous

• Motion in production will come: Releases dates + 2 months (April/October instead of February/August)
• Lessons learnt Release 4.1 + 4.2 pre-release phase
• => Everything OK so far timewise
• => every changes after RC1 has to lead to a new RC
• => more details what should be tested
