• The team discussed that the Board will be making their decision on the CISO position at the next meeting; 
• Donata's tenure as Team Lead is ending on March 31st, 2021 and the team will be holding an election for the Team Lead. Anyone interested in volunteering for this position must contact Luca or Donata by March 15th, 2021 to be considered. This position is open to anyone that is already a member or is a new member; 
• Virginia passed its privacy law, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act.
