Discussion outline

  • The previous days of the week, Luca shared with the team a report regarding the collected data by the Backup Policy form. Achilleas shared with the team an update according to the efficient design of the updated Backup Policy that is going to be structured with Luca. The plan is to share the Backup Policy within the Webmasters before its release.
  • Sander shared with the team the outcome of his work with Roland, on the SSO & DMS. They have managed to fix some major issues and make it possible to launch a demo version within the next few days.
  • The team discussed how it could be active again to JCM. Reino will start working on an article regarding the Processor’s role based on GDPR. The aim of this article, is to be informative and easy-to-read it without any special compliance background. The team to help on the final review when the article will be on its final version.
  • Achilleas shared with the team an update on the proposed strategy that was worked with Alkaios, to be evaluated and be followed regarding the Cookie Script implementation to the J! Properties with the minimum risk of failure. The team discussed on how to work on that task more efficiently and requested Sandra to create a channel to act as a bridge with Michael Babker in order to request his help and collaboration on this task.
