Discussion outline

  • Achilleas shared the outcome of the work done together with Luca on an updated version of the Backup Policy document, in which the comments from Michael, Alkaios, Yves and Sandra have been incorporated. The team discussed this newer version that is still open for comments and amendments. The team is appreciative for the support of Michael Babker, who helped with comments, directions and suggestions to release the current version of the proposed policy.

The development team is very focused on how to bypass and solve these technical issues and deliver a first demo for testing.

Alkaios is currently working on a spreadsheet to make a list of scripts per each property, in order to capture the most frequently used and/or critical scripts on the Properties. The final result will be shared for a final review within the team and of course with the Webmasters Team and Michael Babker who will proceed with to the technical implementation as part of the standard template.
