  1. Adding a new rule to get a financial report from the Joomladay organizers. We are going to ask organisers to provide a financial report on their event website and provide a link to the document we can put in their listing on the event website. We can use JaB financial report as an example

  2. We confirm the approval training at Thursday at 3 PM UTC

  3. We decided to follow the idea with speakers directory on the event website. Carlos is going to help with that.

  4. Budget. We need to ask Victor if we are currently allowed to sponsor events at that time. Until this has been clarified the sponsoring option is still disabled. [edited] Victor confirmed that budget is frozen at the moment and we cannot start offering sponsorship until further notice.

  5. We are going to try to organise meeting at JoomlaDay™ UK - document sorted.

  6. We are asking Rowan to correct the footer at JoomlaDay™ UK website - already done.

  7. Contact Pete about removing the old email addresses.
