Attendees:   Phil Walton, Todd Woodward, AK Sheku, SD Williams  

 

• The team has provided comments and updates for the events page on the community site. We will reach out to/work with the webmaster team to update the page.

• An event checklist was shared with the production team who is looking to have a few events in the coming months, the team agreed with the content and that it should be a part of the updates to the events page.

• Reviewed the Website and Social Media Logo examples, they are not yet approved by the board but look to put to them 

• Emphasis on the need for volunteers to help implement the great ideas on ours and other teams.

• At the upcoming JUG leaders meeting, an ask will go out for them to utilize the community events calendar. This information is shared with the social media team who assist with sharing out.
