1. Update for forum to phpBB 3.3.0 testing complete
   1. We will organize and setup a time frame in the next 2 month to do the upgrade.
2. Forum behaviour of some users was discussed
3. Talking about other forum software options
4. Next meeting is on the 30th Mar.
