Report Period: June 02–06, 2025

The fourth Workflow Enhancements project review meeting was held on June 06, 2025. The meeting was attended by Benjamin Trenkle, Dileep Adari and Christiane Maier-Stadtherr. It was focused on reviewing the UI designed on Figma and the suggestions for implementation.

What has been done throughout the week

• June 02:

  • Completed pending prior week tasks.

  • Created initial Figma prototype of graphical workflow builder.

• June 03 - 04:

  • Worked on prototype improving for the better accessibility and ease of use. 
  • 

• June 05:

  • Compared graph packages and analyzed usability and decided to continue with the vue-flow.

• June 06:

  • Met with mentor for a weekly progress discussion.
  • Started initial version of the UI using HTML and JS.

Planned for Next Week:

• Complete the implementation of the workflow builder designed in the figma.
• Start implementing the workflow builder in the joomla workflow Component.
