What has been done through Week 3

• Added Cypress tests to include API requests for weblinks categories, custom fields, and field groups.
• Added Cypress tests to include filters for GET requests for all endpoints.
• Modified API documentation to include filters for GET requests.
• Fixed some issues that was present in previous pull requests.

Next week plans

• Modifying Frontend form to look like the backend form, and to have 'options' and 'publishing'
• Reviewing and fixing any existing from last weeks pull requests
