Tasks Accomplished:

1. Added Restore Defaults and updated modal window - Restore Defaults button is added at the bottom of is used to restore the default key combination for the shortcut. It is applied to all the buttons and editor buttons also.
2. Fixes XML files as per Joomla Code Standard - XML files are fixes as per Joomla standard with proper author name and spaces.
3. Added Plugin query in SQL FIles - SQL query is added for the Keyboard Shortcut Plugins in the Plugin Section
