Hi, this is the progress report for the cookie manager project which is currently part of GSoC. These were all the discussions that we have during the community bonding period of GSoC.

Discussion Outline:

• Have to revise Git and Github to work with the organization.
• Learn how to make components using Joomla documentation.
• Development environment setup for the GSoC cookie manager project repository.
• Discuss the UI for the site as well as for the administrator.
• Discuss how to identify cookies and categories them.
• Discuss how to enable the cookies block and unblock process.
• Lots of resources shared by the mentors to get an idea about the project.
• Also, check out the available extensions which are related to this project in the Joomla extensions directory.
