• August issue published on time: thanks to the whole team for the work done
• September issue planning started.
• Homepage layout: ready. Next step: Apply the same layout to the Issues page
• Promotion actions: as per Sandra recommendation, we started to create texts for SM and Patrick produced images for Instagram.
• Review of monthly stats from Analytics and AcyMailing. Luca and Andrea will set up a Data Studio for the team.
• Call for authors: set up a mailing list for the registered authors in JCM website to invite them to write again for the JCM.
• Pending: Onboarding process for authors: final review to implement it.
