Objective: Define the mission of our team and establish key priorities.

Key aspects of the team:

- Sort out Joomla projects

• Ensure projects are not lost or abandoned.
• Evaluate whether projects need improvement or should be discontinued.

- Guide Release managers

• Propose features that are ready or nearly ready for release.
• Assist release managers in making informed decisions.
• Help identify developers who can help

- Support OSPP/GSoC

• Engage with open-source programs (OSPP/GSoC) to foster collaboration and mentorship.

- Help Student Academy

• Introduce young developers to Joomla.
• Provide educational resources and mentorship.

- Code sprints

• Arrange focused development sessions for specific projects when needed.

 - User Feedback Collection

• Gather feedback through magazine articles or other channels.
• Use feedback to prioritize ongoing projects.

 Action Items: Each team member should identify two projects they believe should move forward.
