Objective: 

Determine what projects to follow up with/ where to find them.

Item discussed:

• need to review sub-teams on the volunteer portal (how to archive old ones?)
• need to check the status of the present Working Groups (contact people and see if those groups are active)
• need to communicate with the marketing and maintenance teams (regular invites to talk about user feedback, features)
• need to get statristics feedback on features used (granular analytics for a better understanding on what is used in the core)
• need to regularly prompt maintainers to ensure SQL database queries are kept efficient (create a working group?) 
• need to break projects into smaller tasks to easily propose projects to younger generation of developers (for internships...)
• leverage Guided Tours to explain features and help users make a decision on features to add/remove/disable.

 Action Items: 

Look at the list of projects and select projects we would like to see going forward and the tream can follow.
