The JUG Directory Working Group ran a 'make it happen' session at J and Beyond.  The session was well attended and new group members have been added to Glip and

The fields required to set up the Sobi installation have been documented in notes within Glip and the team has started with populating the directory categories.

There was a discussion about simplifying the process as much as possible, having a minimal form to get started and dropping the registration into a 'triage' category which could then be moved by the JUG team to the correct category when the full listing can be completed by the organisers.

Profiles for organisers and members will be identified via a dropdown list which is populated from the Volunteers portal.  Profiles on the JUG listing will use data from the Volunteers portal.

Events will be populated by JUG organisers on the JUG listing and pushed to the events directory on a regular basis.
