Joomla Release 3.9 - GDPR
The Team will concentrate on this release as a priority.
In hand - Department Coordinator is working on it. Some visuals are ready and Stefanie is working on copywriting. We do need proofreading by English native speakers, Team Lead to look at it.
For the 3.9 Release
- Press Release to be written by Team Lead and distributed on general internet and key websites
- Facebook ads campaign - to brainstorm and discuss via Glip
Principle agreed: The Team will work on specific time-limited items that can be feasible done during the working week. The preferred style is a short catch up meeting every week, to the point and effective. Updates can be sent by email or posted if there isn’t time to meet up.
Department Coordinator and assistant Team Lead will do a Sprint during Joomla Day France.
The Team needs to provide a format and brief that provides more detail on what we are expecting for Use Cases. A sample, or real example, with a structure, angle orientation, length. We can find a link to a real business, from the Showcase Directory, and we liaise with the Showcase Directory Team to use it.
Also User profiles on JDocs, can and should be improved. We can transform all these into a great marketing resource.
Hootsuite setup has been done by Team Lead. Hootsuite now connects to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest).
Team Lead has offer to do a session for anyone who would like to learn how to use it. We can also extend access to some more users to help the Social Media team to manage all the accounts by helping to upload and schedule, with final authorisation being done by the Social Media team.
