    Plain JS functionality for edit view and with a vue.js mixin as wrapper.

• JLayouts:
  How should we introduce JLayouts, David made a proposal. Should we follow that route or are there other approaches?

  • Do we really need JLayouts? Approach:
    David tries another approach by excluding it into HTML files and load the trough JHtml. Then they can be overridable similar to script.
