Time was spent going over the comments collected from the leadership feedback on the proposal. Where possible comments were resolved pertaining to grammar, or points that have been clarified. The team considered alternative terms for the role referred to in the proposal as "Volunteer". 
 
Updated timeline:
 
  • February 13 - 27: Translation teams start translating the proposal, publishing the revised Joomla structure proposal in multiple languages.
  • March 1 - March 29: Public discussion and feedback from the community as a whole.
  • March 30 - April 6: Structure Team to discuss feedback from the community, and if necessary make additional revisions to proposal.
  • April 7 - 14: Leadership team members discuss the final proposal.
  • April 15 - 22: Leadership team members vote on the proposed Joomla structure.
  • April 23: Publish a blog with the results of vote and the next steps.
