Trademark Licensing Team 17 November 2018 Meeting Notes:

Discussion points:

• 2 Members from the contributor team are leaving, replacements required, roles already advertised on the portal.
• The Change of ticket system from Maqma to RStickets and issues found. Ongoing investigations. Migration of tickets was not possible so some ticket may have been missed. An email to all users to advise this to be sent.
• The Special Project is currently with the Board and awaits their response.
• A discussion and Q&A session on future plans was also held but these are commercially sensitive.
