Today, the Transition Team sent the following letter to the newly elected Open Source Matters Board of Directors, requesting that the Transition Team be dissolved at their next board meeting.

Thank you everyone for your patience during this process.

Open Source Matters Board,

On March 24th, a public notice stating the results of the new Open Source Matters Board of Directors was posted on the Community site.

https://community.joomla.org/blogs/leadership/3108-meet-the-new-open-source-matters-board-of-directors.html

During the following week, the Joomla! Transition Team worked to backfill Yves Hoppe and Soren Beck Jensen's previous Team Lead positions. No major announcement was made pertaining to the results of those elections.

With this, we were able to complete the following spreadsheet containing the results of the election process (Note there are 3 tabs).

This list was provided to Luca Marzo on April 3rd, 2017 pursuant to Section 4.05A of the OSM Bylaws pertaining to member elections.

At this time, the Transition Team requests that the OSM Board Members, at their next meeting, officially dissolve the Joomla! Transition Team, removing any further obligations and/or expectation of its members pertaining to the task of facilitating the transition process.

Thank you for entrusting us with this task. It has been a huge honor.
