1. Helvecio is behind on his work on the directory design. Hoping to do this week.

2. TOS, FAQ, Rules for Submission - still behind and not done.

3. JWC Swag - it was decided that focusing on getting new JUGs created during JWC is futile. Having swag for them isn't worth it. Ruth wanted to do something different perhaps with existing organisers or for people that join a JUG. Fact is that many JUG organisers will already be in other Joomla! in Action sessions doing other things. Jenn to find out from Rowan what pricing she came up with for SWAG anyways. Ruth to put together a document about what kind of session she wants to do and who it's directed to and what she wants to give them.

4. Discussed pending listings which are going very well.

5. New member discussion.

6. Looks like the time frame for working new listings just needed to be talked about because people are really stepping up to the plate and taking initiative to process new listings more promptly. Excellent.
