Joomla User Group Meeting Minutes - August 27, 2021

  1. Contacting leaders of existing Joomla User Groups (JUGs) - in progress

  2. Todd Woodward will ask Luca Marzo about setting a email account for AK - Done
  3. Some new team members need access to the User Groups Team folder in Google Drive - Done

  4. Todd will contact Ahmad to ask about how JUGs are administered now - Done

  5. Todd will contact David Aswani to get access to the User Groups folder for AK and Davide Messia - Done



  1. Continue to contact JUG Leaders.

  2. Review docs in User Groups team to determine which to use, and which to archive.

  3. JUG sign up form needs to change to include option for Virtual JUGs

  4. Todd Woodwardto contact Wilco regarding these items:

    1. JUG application form

    2. Help ticket system - give all team members access so we all have ability to help clear tickets

    3. Change help form so we can escalate non-JUG Team requests to the proper place.

  5. Todd Woodward to contact SD about DP Calendar, specifically, how to edit, and if/how can JUGs edit their own info.

  6. Ahmad Moussa will prepare Help Desk ticket workflow for review.
