We had our bi-monthly meeting first meeting for the month of December, helded  from 19 pm to 20 pm CET on Google hangout, the following items were discussed.

1.  Listing updates. All listing are in progress and we are communicating with all new lisnings and updates.

2. Rowan will send our first newsletter between christmas and new year.

3. We are working on the User Group Team budget draft for 2017/ 2018.

4. Jenn is working on docs.

 

Our next meeting will be 3th January on Google Hangout, leader will be Djamel and minutes taker Luca Marzo
