Our plan is to publish a newsletter on the 10th of each month to jug organisers - there won't be one the 10th of February though.

We discussed pending listings. Doing well here.

Once there's a new board we'll submit our budget for the year.

We plan to add our Rules/FAQs and Terms to docs so it can be translated into multiple languages. This will really help non-English speaking JUGs be able to understand the rules before submitting. We'll wrap these pages into CJO. Jenn to work on this as she has time.

There's also a bit. ly that has been around and not updated since 2012. It includes a number of documents some of which can just die and others which will move into files on Glip to be accessed by Organisers. A small amount of it will go into docs as well.

We decided to add new organisers into the Glip jug-organisers chat as soon as they are registered so that they can have access to other organisers and the JUG Team as well as Glip resources for organisers. Need to revise documentation and approval notice with new verbiage.
