We had our bi-monthly meeting second  meeting for the month of June, held  from 19 pm to 20 pm CET on Google hangout, the following items were discussed.

 

• Team members: Bruce Valle was moved  to the honour roll and is now part of the JUG Contributors.

 

• Noemi our new team member is going to finish up the spanish translation of Rules and Terms.

 

• Pass the parcel to start with Daniel who will be at JDay UK to start. Rowan to get a shipping case and shipping to move it around. Starting with the French working group.

 

• Need guidelines: stuff that can pass through customs that isn’t fragile. Video message each receiving JUG showing them opening their present. Video can go on YouTube. (Biscuits, etc.) It’s fun.

 

• Rowan to create new form/questions for Associations. Timing is by 31 July.

• We heard from attendees of J and Beyond with feedback.

 

• Brian is working on a draft Blog post for a call for  translator, the draft will be reviewed by Jenn and published on the Joomla! community blog.

 

 

• Our next meeting will be held on the 4th of July Djamel is leading and Rowan is taking meeting minutes.
