The Joomla! Project is pleased to open beta testing on its newest website, the Joomla! Downloads Portal, located at https://downloads.joomla.org

As you may remember, at the beginning of 2015 the project announced that it would be closing down JoomlaCode and as part of that effort we have built a new site which will become the hub for all Joomla! Project downloads.  After several rounds of internal testing and feedback, we have reached a point where we would like to invite the Joomla! Community to provide a final round of testing before officially launching the website.

We welcome your feedback on the site’s content and usability.  Our goals are to make the site easy to use and welcoming for our worldwide community.  All we ask in return is for 15 minutes of your time to glance over the site and provide feedback as you see fit.  All feedback is welcome at https://github.com/joomla/joomla-websites where feedback for all of Joomla’s websites is logged.  Before opening a new item, we ask that you search to see if another community member has already commented on the same thing (you can filter issues on the “[jdown]” tag in the title).
