On the spring day of the 29th day in the 3rd month of the year 2017 the Joomla World Conference team assembled electronically to debate and work on the coming Joomla World Conference in Rome.

TEAM ROLES & RECRUITMENT

Ronni

Define roles and tasks for the Italian Outreach Team (Davide)

Extend TODO’s from other sub team with focus or input to define concrete tasks and roles from the Italian Outreach Team (all other sub-teams)

Onboard new team members before next meeting. (Italian Outreach Assistants)Before the follow meeting recruit the last remaining members. (Design Assistant, Italian Marketing Manager, Italian Social Media Manager, Marketing Assistants)

VENUE UPDATE

Properly signed contract sent back to venue today, awaiting signed copy in return and proforma invoice, but we are a go there with final dates confirmed.

 

TICKETS / SELLING PACKAGES

We need to confirm prices and packages and launch these together with the website april 10th.

 

TRANSLATIONS

Now dates and venue are set Rowan will start getting quotes for translations onsite at the conference.

AV REQUIREMENTS

Brian has started the process of planning the AV.

Chiara will present Website/Branding 3rd of April, build will begin shortly after - go live before 10th April I hope.
