During this meeting we discussed the following topics:

• Current Status

• Welcome Tuan (Joomdonation)

• No new features J4.0

• Focus on sets of Release Blockers

 

Current Status

 

  Release blockers are the topic of focus for J4. We have 18 open RBs with 8 of those having PRs. Over the past week 38 PRs have been merged for J4 with a handful being Release blockers.

No New Features for Joomla! 4.0

 

  PROD2021/001 - Production Team has passed the motion that no new features will be added to Joomla! 4.0 and any new features will be moved to Joomla! 4.1 so that the focus can be on fixing bugs in Joomla! 4.0.

 

Coordinate focus on Release Blockers

 

  We discussed focusing efforts on batches of Release Blockers with the JBS. We have created a document which will track these focused batches and coordinate with the Release Lead on prioritizing these Release Blockers.
