- Talked about PBF, we will have 90 servers thanks to Olivier and Carlos. 
- Discussed the google sheet for PBF
- need to have more easy testable PR's for 5.3.0
- Martin will go through issues and mark issues with PBF so people can confirm issues too.
- Maintainers: can 5.2 PR's be rebased to 5.3 to have more testable PR's
- We may can have instances with prebuild packages to test Composer Dependency Changed or NPM Resource Changed 
- PBF organizers with people onsite could collect oppions on certain issues. 
- Email cloaking PR should be tested in various languages
