Notes on Agenda Items

• Chris: Trademark Update

• SD: JEO Draft 3 - a document that was created prior to our working group got going and holds information that may help us through the next steps quicker.

  • Todd recommended that the working group take a look at this document.

• Items tabled until next month’s meeting:

  • Team: Submission, standards, and vetting process

  • Team: Brainstorm content structure and categories

  • Todd:  Feedback on interests of possible Australian members

  • Team: JCM Article

New Business

Todd showed comments to last month’s meeting minutes when posted to the Programs Department report for January. There was spirited discussion about the Working Group’s abilities to meet its mission within the constraints presented by external stakeholders on other teams. Todd raised the concern that the roadblocks presented to the Working Group would discourage and ultimately derail the efforts of the Working Group volunteers. Jaz requested that we ask questions of the board to determine next steps.

Action Items

• Todd: Request use of teachjoomla.org trademark from trademark team

• Todd: Get in touch with Martin Blokdijk to transfer domain to OSM

• Working Group: Create list of questions for Jaz to ask the board about the Working Group’s project. Deadline is Tuesday, February 23.
