GsoC meetup

Allon was attending the GsoC meetup in Zurich to present the cloud storage integration into the new media manager. It was a successful event where he could spread the word about Joomla.

The milestones are subject to change and will be continuously filled with issues and tasks.

Milestone 2

Status:

The milestone got closed. The following list are issues which could not be done within the expected time and are moved to the back log:

• #435 Refactor the getFileInformation method to an interface methods enhancement question

• #164 Show the upload progress for each file UX/UI enhancement

• #221 ACL state in client question

• #371 Implement client side sorting

Accessibility

Status:

On hold till the accessibility team is sorting out some internal issues. Back up plan is that we will look around for other people who can help.

UX

Responsible: Ciaran

Status:

On hold because of the new back end template. Allocate some money for user testing on userbob.

Stabilize

Responsible: All

Start Date: 1. March 2018

Due date: 31. May 2018

Status:

• A lot of work was put into stabilizing the edit plugins.

• Translations are improved.

• Issues from alpha 2 testing are fixed and merged in core.

 

Highest priority has the media form field till JAB to make that ready for production.
