Status of submission review

• 2 awaiting review, dating back to March 26
• 403 approved listing right now
• Rob Canonigo will be joining the JRD to help with submission review.
• We are parsing a better email list from Zoo to send a better email to the user list. 
• Stefan, Richard, Rob Canonigo, and Brian are having a call tomorrow to train Richard on submission reviews. 
• Will talk about whether submissions can be assigned in round robin format with those who are reviewers?
